Sylvia Medina
Sylvia Medina has been a business owner for over 30 years. She has run successful businesses including an Engineering-Construction company she founded called North Wind. In 2010 she sold the business to an Alaska Native Corporation. At the time of sale, the business ran approximately $125M in revenue per year, 16 offices, and close to 500 employees. In selling her business, she learned the ins and outs of what it takes to find a company or group to buy your business with comfort for both the buyer, and seller.
Sylvia has in the last few years assisted individuals looking to sell their firms. Sylvia and her colleague, Brad Trost are working together to provide our services in helping you to find the right buyer. Our focus is primarily to help small businesses that need this support.

Brad Trost
Brad Trost graduated from college with a finance degree and spent just under 40 years prior to retiring in the financial/contracting industry. At the height of his career, Mr. Trost helped manage a half billion dollar yearly revenue company with 33 offices and just over 2300 employees. He has negotiated numerous $50M plus contracts and has helped small businesses market or sell what they produce to the government. During his career he also participated in acquiring multiple businesses and assisted in selling several small businesses.
